Hot off the press is the latest stunning kitchen by Neptune - the Suffolk. This is a contemporary style kitchen with a classical reference; traditional Shaker style, handpainted in Dove Grey with Honed Slate interior and finished with Chrome handles and catches.
The Suffolk range started for Neptune three years ago when they were first inspired by a beautiful series of old English antique chairs. After careful research it was discovered that these were first produced in a few workshops in the middle of Suffolk between 1790 and 1840.
Earlier this year Neptune launched a full collection of sideboards, dressers and occasional furniture, all incorporating classic details that have been brought right up to date. But now they have the ‘pièce de resistance’, an all new Suffolk Kitchen.
The concept follows the classic East Anglian look of pared back simplicity set to a perfect proportion. No adornments are needed here as the elegance is plain to see. The standard colouring reflects our freestanding Suffolk collection in reverse; the exterior is hand finished in a beautiful Dove Grey and the interior is in Honed Slate. Timber abounds in their favourite oak for the shelving and drawer boxes, which are fitted to the state-of-the-art Blum® drawer runners.
This new kitchen not only looks stunning, but also incorporates the full range of Neptune technology and techniques, from mortise and tenon traditional framing with dowel locks to the latest dimmed lighting with concealed glass shelving as well as their own new magnetic close system. For Neptune every detail counts as it makes the whole so much better. So they never use MDF or Chipboard and always use proper jointing techniques. Why? Because they believe passionately in giving you an outstanding cabinet that will delight for years and years.
We hope that you will love the new Suffolk collection. Stylishly understated yet distinctive and built to last literally for the next generation.
